The salary range is $100K to $120K, plus a car allowance, 15% bonus, and 15% Super.

About the role:


We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to advance our mission of integrating cutting-edge technology across Australia, New Zealand, and neighboring regions.

  • This role is pivotal in managing our diverse clientele portfolio, which includes ADF, state and federal government entities, hospitals, industry, and academic institutions.
    The position will require the successful applicant to:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients in Medical Imaging, Radiopharmaceutical Production, and the different branches of Defence, and Nuclear Research.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and key account management to deliver critical solutions.
  • Collaborate with international teams on solutions for complex local missions.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in conferences and industry exhibitions at national and international levels.
  • Provide data-driven quarterly forecasts to manufacturing partners based on sales history and existing projects.
  • Implement business systems and sales methodologies, boosting business channels and winning competitive tenders.
  • Keep up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.

About you:
To be successful in this position, you must have proven experience in sales and business development and be self-driven, organized, and passionate about Technology.

 

Requirements:

  • A background or experience in health physics, medical technology, or fields relating to radiation measurement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to liaise with varied stakeholders.
  • Highly focused, reliable, and effective deadline management.
  • Develop client acquisition strategy and sales activity plans to develop a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  • Proficiency in information technology and MS Office programs.
  • Experience in contract development and account management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Desirable:  an understanding or experience in gamma spectroscopy.
