Welcome to the Victorian Branch of the Australasian Radiation Protection Society (Vic ARPS). If you are interested in branch meetings, professional activities and radiation protection events across Victoria, you are in the right place. Vic ARPS helps members stay connected with local updates, opportunities and peers working across the field. Keep an eye on this page and ARPS communication channels for upcoming meetings, branch events and other updates.
The Victorian Branch supports local connection, information sharing and professional engagement for people working in radiation protection and related disciplines across Victoria.
Vic ARPS brings together members from areas including health, research, industry, regulation and education, and provides opportunities for networking, professional development and involvement in ARPS activities.
Victoria also holds an important place in ARPS history, with the Society’s first scientific meeting held at the University of Melbourne in May 1975.
