About the position

Working in the Department's Radiation Team, you will be a part of the regulation of radiation safety in Victoria. You will have responsibility for assessing applications from individuals to use radiation sources and from companies to conduct radiation practices across Victoria. You will conduct field inspections to monitor compliance with legislation of a diverse range of practices and, where necessary, enforce compliance with Victoria's Radiation Act 2005 . You will also be a part of the Department's radiation incident response team.
